DE 457   Playtime Kayla

This pattern contains two darling outfits to fit either Playtime Kayla, or Kayla by Dianna Effner.

View A is a sweet dress/pinafore combination which uses one of Daisy Kingdom's wonderful border print fabrics for the pinafore. Coordinating tiny print fabric is used for the ~ dress, which has a self fabric peter pan collar, full cuffed sleeves, and a ruffle trimmed full skirt. Pantaloons are also included.

View B is a jumpsuit/blouse combination. The white blouse is made of a small all-over eyelet fabric. Collar may be made from eyelet, or a child's size purchased collar may be used. Elbow length sleeves are full and gathered to cuffs. Over the blouse, Kayla wears a one piece " jumpsuit, from a pastel floral cotton print. The jumpsuit has a button front closure, gathers at the waist, and cuffed legs.
