DE 444  Dawn & Beth

This pattern has been designed to fit both Dawn and Beth, by artist Donna Robert.

Dawn measures 27" in height, and Beth 24". Two dresses are included, and both styles are featured in both sizes. You may make matching dresses, or use both styles for variety. (Doll Emporium Pattern DE 445 includes girl and boy outfits for the remaining doll in this trio of carolers, 22" Dawn)

View A is a beautiful dress made in pale pink brocade patterned with a white floral design. A white lace purchased collar is used. The pointed waistline is accented with white satin piping, and porcelain rose buttons are placed down the center front opening. White floral trim accents the hemline, and the full cuffed sleeves.

View B is made using one of the many beautiful border print fabrics now available. Portions of the border design are applied to the oversized white collar. Sleeves are full, and cuffed at the wrist. Complimentary piping accents the raised waist, and self covered buttons close the center front opening. Pantaloon patterns for both sizes are also included.

1 small purchased lace collar

2- 1/4 yds. heavy floral lace trim for hemline

1/2 yd. white batiste for bloomers

1 yd. 1/4" elastic

5 "porcelain rose" buttons

1 yd. white satin piping

1- 1/2 yds. border print fabric OR if not using border print, 1 yd. fabric

1/4 yd. white broadcloth for collar, cuffs

1/2 yd. white batiste for bloomers

1 yd. piping to coordinate with fabric

1 yd. 1/4" wide elastic

5 cover-yourself buttons OR 5 decorative buttons
