DE 414   Grace & Victoria

This pattern has been specially designed to fit Victoria & Grace, two original dolls by Australian artist Catherine Mather. Molds are available from Doll Artworks. These dolls are exquisite in their modeling, and feature wonderful poses. These poses require patterns which are drafted to drape properly over these posed bodies. Therefore, the costumes in this pattern are not appropriate for other dolls of the same size in normal standing positions. Grace is costumed in a lovely Victorian floral print dress, which features a circular white taffeta collar accented with lace trim and applique. Bodice is well fitted to accentuate her slim waist. Sleeves are puffed, and pleated to a tight fit just above the elbow and trimmed with ribbon bows, Skirt is full, and ends with a lace trimmed ruffle, above which is a ribbon band. Fullness of skirt is especially lovely spread out in a circular fashion around the doll's reclining position. Panties are also included.

Victoria is costumed in a pale pink cotton dress, trimmed with beautiful embroidered eyelet. An eyelet panel runs down the center front of the bodice, and large eyelet ruffles cap the armholes of this sleeveless dress. Skirt is full, and features eyelet trim and tucking. A large white satin sash ties at center back. Panties are also included.
