DE 303   Romeo Ballet Costume

Our Romeo dance costume is fashioned from an elegant burgundy velvet which has streaks of gold glitter running thru it. (If you can't find this, or similar fabric, use plain velvet and make narrowly placed random lines with a glitter fabric paint.). The front of the tunic features a center panel of gold lame', accented with gold chain and gold braid. The sleeves are double puffed from gold braid. Matching tights complete this outfit. Note: Slippers are purchased and dyed to match the costume.

1/2 yd. Polyester Stretch fabric for tights

1/4 yd. Ultra-suede

2-1/4 yd. 1/8" wide gold metallic braid

12" gold chain (approx. 1/8" links)

1/4 yd. fusable interfacing
