This pattern was created especially for "Bunny", an original doll by Elaine Campbell. Patterns and instructions are included for two versions.
View A is a two piece play outfit, featuring overalls with an applique and ribbon trimmed yoke, self fabric ties over the shoulder, and long legs, gathered to ribbon trimmed cuffs, ending in ruffles. Under her overalls, Bunny wears a white eyelet blouse, with full sleeves. A bonier eyelet fabric was used for the blouse, and ruffles at the wrist use this pretty border. Instructions are given to make your own applique from a suitable bunny print fabric, a pattern for those of you who do fabric painting to paint your own, or a purchased applique may be used. A darling eyelet trimmed sunbonnet completes this outfit, and may also be made for View B.
View B features the eyelet blouse as shown in View A, this time topped with a one-piece jumper. The yoke is again trimmed with an applique, either one of your own creations, or a purchased one. Jumper ties over the shoulder with self-fabric bows, and the full skirt ends in an eyelet and ribbon trimmed ruffle. Pattern and instructions for pantaloons are also included.
